Oh, you're absolutely right! Clearly, the 8 bucks for early access to an already free game with hundreds of hours poured into story and programming is ridiculous.
Everyone who can't afford an artist, or in my case has paid an artist that never delivered, should work tirelessly on something just for the fun of it.
But seriously, it's a free game. The $8 is just for those who want to support it and the reward is that they get access a month early. Funny enough, this "AI Art game" has funded our artist for the next game I'm working on. But no, please continue.
